SK Hynix Tokenised bStocks Rises on AI Memory Chip Demand

The price of SK Hynix Tokenised bStocks (SKHYB) increased by 3% to $186.00 on Wednesday, outperforming a generally stable crypto market. This rise is attributed to a sector rotation into tokenised equities, driven by strong demand for AI memory chips.

The growth in SKHYB’s value reflects a shift within Real World Assets (RWAs) from commodities to equities, with memory chip stocks like SK Hynix gaining attention due to a significant supply shortage fueled by AI demand.

As of August 2026, data showed stocks accounted for 62.3% of RWA perpetual volume, a notable shift from a commodities-dominated market earlier in the year.

SK Hynix is among the top-traded names in this sector, benefiting from a compelling narrative surrounding AI-driven memory chip demand and a projected supply “supercycle” expected to last until 2028.

Capital is increasingly flowing into tokenised stocks, with high-beta, narrative-driven companies, such as memory chip manufacturers, leading the trend. The token’s 24-hour trading volume surged by 45.74%, reinforcing the price increase with significant buying interest.

The overall crypto market is currently experiencing a “Greed” sentiment, creating a favourable environment for risk-on investments in niche sectors such as tokenised assets. The price uptick is supported by strong trading volumes, indicating solid conviction rather than just speculative movement.

While sector momentum indicates a continued trend, the market faces a technical test. The SEC’s upcoming decision on ARK Investment Management’s application for a tokenised share class, scheduled for September 18, will be a key event for the broader tokenised stock sector.

The bullish structure remains intact but is approaching a potential resistance zone. Price action is concentrated around the $180–$190 range; a decisive break above $190 could lead to further gains, while a drop to $180 might prompt profit-taking.

In summary, SKHYB’s rise is driven by a mix of sector rotation into tokenised equities and a strong fundamental narrative regarding AI and memory chips. Volume confirms this trend is more than a temporary spike. SpaceX Tokenised bStocks Price Dips on Risk-Off Sentiment
