    Zenith Bank Plans Interim Dividend for Shareholders

    Zenith Bank Plc is planning to recommend interim dividend to its shareholders for half year earnings performance, according to details from its regulatory filing today.

    The bank is trading flattish at N37.07 per share during early trading session in the stock market on Thursday, its trading data shows. The share price had dipped from N37.50 due to selloffs.

    In a statement signed by its corporate secretary Michael O. Otu, the financial services behemoth told the Nigerian Exchange that its board of directed has altered meeting date to July 23 from July 25.

    According to Zenith Bank, the board will consider its audited financial statement for the first half year ended June, 2024 at the meeting.
