XRP Ticks Up on Regulatory Clarity, Robust ETF Inflows

Ripple (XRP) price ticked right on Sunday, up 0.56% to $1.42 over the past 24 hours, slightly outperforming a modestly rising broader market, driven primarily by optimism about upcoming regulatory clarity and steady ETF inflows.

The token reacted positively in Anticipation of the CLARITY Act procedural vote on September 15, which could cement XRP’s commodity status and attract institutional capital.

The dominant narrative is anticipation of the U.S. Senate’s CLARITY Act procedural vote scheduled for September 15.

This regulatory milestone, coupled with reports of continued ETF inflows, is bolstering sentiment. The broader crypto market is also up 0.69%, providing a supportive backdrop.

Traders are positioning for a potential de-risking event that could solidify XRP’s regulatory standing, overshadowing immediate macro concerns like a potential Fed rate hike.

Other news, such as Ripple’s multi-year partnership with Florida Athletics announced on September 5, was explicitly analysed as unlikely to move the price, as it does not create direct demand for the XRP token.

Technical indicators show neutral momentum with RSI near 50 and volume down 40%. The modest price increase appears to be tied specifically to the regulatory narrative rather than to other ecosystem developments or technical breakouts.

The immediate path hinges on the $1.40–$1.43 range. Holding above the $1.40 Fibonacci support suggests consolidation with a bullish bias toward $1.43.

The major near-term catalyst is the vote on the CLARITY Act on September 15. A successful procedural vote could propel prices, while a stall or rejection poses downside risk.

The trend is neutral but leaning upward, contingent on both technical support and regulatory developments. Price reaction will depend on the daily pivot point of $1.42 and any pre-vote sentiment shifts.

The combination of a key regulatory date and a resilient ETF narrative is providing a floor for XRP, though the move remains modest within a cautious macro environment. Bitcoin Price Tops $80k on U.S. Treasury Liquidity Tailwind
