Parallex Bank Bags Award for Outstanding Performance

Mr Ademola Adeshola, Head, Brand Communications, Parallex Bank Ltd., says the bank has been recognised as the “Most Outstanding Young Commercial Bank in Nigeria” by Marketing Edge Magazine.

He said, in a statement on Monday in Lagos, that the bank got the recognition at the Marketing Edge Annual Summit and Awards night, on Sept. 16. According to him, professionalism and commitment to limitless banking experience earned the bank recognition.

Addressing the audience at the award, Mr John Ajayi, Chief Executive Officer, Marketing Edge, said the awardees were selected based on their stellar performances in their industries.

He said the selection, which was for only the most deserving organisations and individuals, was thorough and done with great care.

The Managing Director of Parallex Bank Ltd., Mr Femi Bakre, said, “it feels gratifying to have emerged as the Most Outstanding Young Commercial Bank despite the bank’s newness in the market.”

Bakre said the award was a particular gospel to the organisation to continue doing what it knew how to do well.

He said Parallex Bank had taken the path of glory in the banking space and was set up with the core values of professionalism, innovation, excellence, customer-centricity and collaboration.

This, according to him, has made the bank go the extra mile to resolve issues for its customers in real-time. Bakre added that Parallex Bank was a symbol of a lifestyle bank, offering bespoke banking services for individuals and organisations across Nigeria.

He said, “the bank is in collaboration with foreign institutions to provide unique products that are not locally available and has carved a niche for itself in private banking for its high-net-worth customers. READ: Nigerian Stocks Edge Higher as Banking, Insurance Gain

“Parallex Bank prides itself on service offerings that are unique and customer-centric.

“Customers can make up to 150 transfers a month without any charges, get up to five per cent interest on their savings, and customers can create their own unique account numbers.”

He commended the management of Marketing Edge for being consistent with the award and summit for a decade, urging them not to relent in promoting excellence across industries in Nigeria.

Parallex Bank Ltd. was incorporated as a limited liability company on May 22, 2020, having successfully migrated from Parallex Microfinance Bank to a commercial bank. # Parallex Bank Bags Award for Outstanding Performance
