Companies Hire for Roles to Lead Digital Initiatives

Companies were seen posting a significant number of jobs with roles to drive their digital initiatives such as digital ultrasound services, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled digital products, and remote software management in Q2 2023, according to Job Analytics Database of GlobalData, a leading data and analytics company.

GlobalData’s latest report, “Global Hiring Activity – Trends & Signals Q2 2023”, reveals that ‘Digitalization’, ‘Social Media’, and ‘Cybersecurity’ were among the top themes with higher job postings in Q2 2023.

Sherla Sriprada, Business Fundamentals Analyst at GlobalData, comments: “Companies are looking forward to introducing practices that would steer product development. The key strategy includes developing and maintaining new devices in order to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time. These roles are not just focused on the development of product but also on interaction with clients to strengthen brand partnerships while also providing experiences focused on the needs of the customer.”

For instance, JPMorgan Chase & Co’s ‘Asset Management – Real Estate Investor and Partner Relations – Vice President’ role looks at strategic initiatives plus platform-wide process improvements to identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities, including enhancements to digital channels (e.g., Spectrum, Morgan Institutional, FACTS etc.) and real estate acquisition.

American Express Co’s ‘Senior Product Manager – Amex Digital Labs’ role is for catalyzing digital innovation by originating, incubating, and managing emerging products and platforms that can be essential to customers’ digital lives and developing a compelling product vision strategy for AI-enabled digital products focused on driving positive customer experiences and business outcomes.

Publicis Groupe SA’s ‘Director, Digital Investment’ role involves leading overarching digital investment and strategic initiatives for a portfolio of digital media clients, with a focus on strategic vision, team management, process refinement, and financial administration.

Koninklijke Philips NV’s ‘Director, New/Digital Services Product Management’ role defines requirements for new digital services (Device/Fleet management, Device Analytics & Insights, Remote Software Management, Virtual Access i.e Collaboration Live), and development and maintenance of new/digital ultrasound services in line with portfolio strategy.

Cognex Corp’s ‘Director, Information & Application Security’ is a new role intended to lead the accountability and adoption of cybersecurity best practices throughout Cognex’s product and application development lifecycle.

‘Senior Cloud Incident Responder (VP)’ role offered by State Street Corp is for its cloud security operations team, which is part of the State Street Cyber Fusion Center. It is a new team focused on incident response in cloud environments, both cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and others), and cloud apps such as Office 365, Workday, and Salesforce. #Companies Hire for Roles to Lead Digital Initiatives
