    Haldane McCall to Pay Shareholders Final Dividend

    Real estate company, Haldane McCall Plc, board of directors has announced plan to pay shareholders final dividend for 2024. In a regulatory filing, the company told the Nigerian Exchange, NGX, its board has proposed to pay a final dividend of 0.07 kobo for every share of 50 kobo per ordinary share.

    Haldane further said the dividend payment to shareholders is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval.  According to the official statement, the proposed amount will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Monday, March 31, 2025.

    On Friday, 25 April 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Monday, March 31, 2025, Haldane told the Exchange.
