    GTBank introduces free instant payment cash transfer

    GTBank introduces free instant payment cash transfer

    Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. has introduced free instant payment cash transfer for its customers.

    This free instant cash transfer of the maximum of ₦5,000 is expected to end by end of March, 2020.

    The bank said it is doing this in to encourage people to go cashless on all transaction, no matter how small.

    GTBank said it is safer and more convenient thing to do, especially at this time.

    GTBank said from now till the 31st of March 2020 when you want to give money to family, help out a friend in need, pay for items at any grocery store, or send money to anyone at all, you will not be charged on transfers of up to ₦5,000.

    “This is our little way of encouraging you to go cashless on all your transactions, no matter how small; it is the safer and more convenient thing to do, especially at this time”, the bank said in an email.

    GTB however stated that to transfer money to anyone, customers can make use of any of its mobile banking channels.

    It listed the channels include GTBank Mobile App or GTWorld, internet banking platform, or by simply dialing *737# on phone.
