FCMB to Delay Third Quarter Earnings Release

FCMB Group Plc has announced that its third quarter earnings performance scorecard would be delayed, according to its regulatory filing.

The financial services group told the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that it will not be able to file its nine-month unaudited results for the period ended 30 September 2024 by the due date of 30 October 2024.

The group attributed the delay to the commencement of the interim audit of the company’s largest subsidiary, First City Monument Bank Limited.

The management resolve to delay earning release noting that the banking arm audited results would have a material impact on the Group’s consolidated accounts.

The group said the consolidated third quarter 2024 result will however be published on or before 29 December 2024. #FCMB to Delay Third Quarter Earnings Release
