    FBN Holdings to Hold 2023 AGM in Nov, Sets to Change Name

    After a lengthened delay, FBN Holdings Plc has scheduled its annual general meeting with shareholders to hold November 14 virtually to receive accounts and declare dividend.

    In a regulatory filing, the financial services group told the Nigerian Exchange it will also seek shareholders’ approval to raise up to N350 billion.

    The group is also planning to change its name to FirstHoldco Plc.

    Details also showed that the group plans to pay dividend, if approved at the meeting, to shareholders whose name appear on register of members at the close of business on August 13, 2024.  # FBN Holdings to Hold 2023 AGM in Nov, Sets to Change Name
