Regulatory Breach: Lagos Seals Coca-Cola, FrieslandCampina, Guinness The Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission (LASWARCO) has sealed three companies for extracting large quantities of groundwater for commercial purposes without proper authorisation and compliance with regulations.
