Air Peace Expands Global Reach with New Abuja-London Flights

Air Peace, Nigeria’s leading carrier, is set to revolutionize air travel between Nigeria and the United Kingdom with the launch of direct flights from Abuja to London’s Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

Starting October 26, 2025, the airline will operate these flights using its wide-body Boeing 777 aircraft, offering passengers maximum flexibility and seamless travel options.

This development marks a significant milestone for Air Peace, making it the first Nigerian carrier to offer direct services from Abuja to both of London’s major international airports.

The airline’s innovative connectivity model allows travelers from any domestic destination in Nigeria to book through-tickets to Heathrow or Gatwick via Abuja, eliminating the need for multiple bookings or baggage re-checks.

Passengers departing from London will also have access to multiple Nigerian cities, including Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Owerri, Kano, and Asaba, all connected through Air Peace’s robust Abuja hub.

With fares starting from ₦1 million, Air Peace aims to make international air travel more affordable and accessible for Nigerians.

The launch of these flights aligns with Nigeria’s broader aviation goals, supporting national efforts to improve connectivity, deepen regional integration, and foster global competitiveness.

According to Allen Onyema, Chairman of Air Peace, “Our goal has always been to democratize air travel for Nigerians while showcasing our capacity to compete globally with a product that speaks to quality, reliability, and affordability”. #Air Peace Expands Global Reach with New Abuja-London Flights#
