Access Holdings Announces H1 2026 Earnings Results Delay
Ahead of the deadline, Access Holdings Plc has announced a potential delay in the group’s first-half 2026 earnings release, according to an official statement posted on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).
The financial services group’s share price has climbed to N27.10, up by N0.05 during the early trading session on Monday as investors bolstered positions with transactions worth more than N330 billion at press time.
In its regulatory disclosure, Access Holdings told the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a potential delay in the release of its Interim Audited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2026
The group said the potential delay is due to the ongoing finalisation of the audit process and the need to obtain approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria before publishing the Results.
Access said the Company has received the Exchange’s approval for an extension of time to file the Results on or before September 30, 2026, subject to receipt of the required regulatory approval.
Hence, it seeks to extend the closed period previously declared for transactions in the Company’s securities, which remains in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the Results are released.
