US Targets Foreigners Who Celebrated Charlie Kirk’s Assassination, Revokes Visas
The United States Department of State has revoked the visas of six foreign nationals who publicly celebrated the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The decision was made following an internal review of social media posts deemed “offensive and contrary to U.S. values.”
According to the State Department, the individuals, hailing from Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Paraguay, and South Africa, had their visas canceled after posting inflammatory comments online. Examples of these comments include an Argentine national calling Kirk “devoted to spreading racist, xenophobic, misogynistic rhetoric” and stating he “deserves to burn in hell.” A Brazilian national accused Kirk of being linked to a “Nazi rally” and said he “DIED TOO LATE.”
A German national wrote, “when fascists die, democrats don’t complain,” while a Paraguayan national called Kirk a “son of a b** who died by his own rules.” A South African national mocked Americans mourning Kirk’s death, saying “they’re hurt that the racist rally ended in attempted martyrdom,” and further claimed “he was used to astroturf a movement of white nationalist trailer trash.” A Mexican national stated that Kirk “died being a racist, he died being a misogynist” and declared that “there are people who deserve to die.”
The US Department of State emphasized its commitment to defending American values and protecting citizens from hostile speech. “The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans,” the department said. President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have encouraged the public to report offensive language about Kirk seen online.
This move is part of the Trump administration’s efforts to enforce immigration laws and protect American citizens from hate speech and violence. The US has increased visa scrutiny in recent years, requiring applicants to disclose social media handles and online activity. #US Targets Foreigners Who Celebrated Charlie Kirk’s Assassination, Revokes Visas#
