AXA Mansard Plc to Pay Final Dividend in August

AXA Mansard Plc has announced a plan to make dividend payments to shareholders on August 8, 2024, according to its latest regulatory filing on the Nigerian Exchange.

The insurance company told the Nigerian Exchange that it will paid its 34k final dividend electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at July 15th 2024.

Eligible shareholders must have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

The company said a final dividend is the remaining part of 40k per N2.00k ordinary share the board awarded to shareholders in 2023. AXA said the insurance company had paid 6 kobo to shareholders in December 2023.

The board said in a statement that the final dividend of 34k subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as at the close of business on July 15th 2024.
