Micron Technology Tokenised bStocks Up on Q4 Earnings Beat

Micron Technology Tokenized bStocks (MUB) price is up 2.19% to $1,095.47 on Friday, closely tracking a 3.15% gain in Bitcoin and a 2.4% rise in the total crypto market cap.

The move is primarily driven by a powerful sector-wide tailwind for tokenised equities following a pivotal regulatory announcement from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Surging institutional interest in the entire tokenized-stock sector, catalysed by the SEC’s new five-year regulatory sandbox. The token remains a focal point for crypto-native traders seeking semiconductor exposure.

The US SEC approved a five-year “Innovation Exempt ” tokenised September 17, 2026, creating a regulatory sandbox for trading tokenised U.S. stocks.

This news tokenised the entire asset class, with the total market cap for tokenised equities hitting a record $3.5 billion, up 33% in a month. MUB is riding this powerful sector-wide wave of institutional interest and validation.

Regulatory clarity is unlocking significant capital flow into onchain equities, providing a fundamental boost beyond any single stock’s performance

Micron (MU) reported Q4 results on September 30, beating revenue and earnings expectations. While the underlying stock saw a slight after-hours dip, tokenised positive news likely contributed to bullish sentiment for its tokenised counterpart.

Micron reported better-than-expected quarterly results on Wednesday as the memory maker continues to benefit from soaring demand for AI infrastructure. The stock rose slightly in extended trading.

Its earnings per share came in at $33.42, adjusted, higher than analysts’ expectation of $31.61. The company’s revenue outperformed, delivering $54.23 billion in revenue versus $51.07 billion expected.

Micron’s revenue almost quadrupled in the fiscal fourth quarter from $11.32 billion a year earlier, according to a statement. For the fiscal first quarter, Micron said it expects revenue of about $61.5 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $38.15.

Micron’s stock has soared more than 500% in the past year, benefiting from a global supply crunch driven by record demand for memory chips used in artificial intelligence models and workloads.

Furthermore, MUB’s 2.19% gain closely mirrors the broader crypto market’s move (+2.4%), indicating it benefited from a general risk-on environment fueled by spot Bitcoin ETF inflows.

The move is amplified by strong company fundamentals and positive macro sentiment for crypto assets. The immediate trend is tied to sector momentum. The key near-term trigger is the U.S. September jobs report on October 2, which could influence broader risk asset sentiment.

If buying pressure in the tokenized equity sector persists, MUB could aim for the next resistance level around $1,120.

However, the rally is nascent and could consolidate; a drop below the $1,080 support level might indicate a loss of short-term momentum.

Technical traders, analysts said the outlook is cautiously bullish but dependent on sustained sector interest and stable macro conditions.

MUB’s gain is a clearer example of a token benefiting from news about a powerful catalyst (the SEC sandbox) rather than just news about its underlying asset. The regulatory shift is creating a new, high-growth narrative for onchain real-world assets. Micron Technology Tokenised bStocks Jumps as Capital Rotates to RWAs
