Gbajabiamila Denies Involvement In Purported PFIPC
Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, Femi Gbajabiamila, has denied any involvement in the activities of the purported Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council, PFIPC.
Gbajabiamila spoke on Saturday at the 2026 Gbaja Mega Empowerment programme in Lagos, where he distributed cash, vehicles and other items to residents of Surulere.
He said investigations by relevant government agencies cleared him of wrongdoing over allegations linked to the purported council, which the Presidency described as fictitious.
According to him, the Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Services and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission investigated the matter and found no evidence linking him or his office to the organisation.
Gbajabiamila said he appeared before the ICPC in July 2026 as part of the investigation and thanked President Tinubu for allowing due process.
