NVIDIA Tokenized bStocks Up on Hugging Face Acquisition Boost, Dividend

NVIDIA Tokenized bStocks (NVDAB) is up 2.30% to $230.49, a modest gain that closely tracks a broader crypto market rally, driven largely by positive sentiment around NVIDIA’s major acquisition news.

Market analysts said the primary driver is news that NVIDIA agreed to acquire AI platform Hugging Face for $12.93 billion on September 3.

This strategic move reinforces NVIDIA’s dominance in AI infrastructure, positively impacting sentiment for its stock and, by extension, its tokenized version (NVDAB).

The tokenized stock’s price is fundamentally linked to the performance and news of the underlying NVIDIA equity. The move occurred alongside a strong crypto-wide rally, with Bitcoin up 4.23% and total market cap rising 3.76%.

The crypto market rally was solely triggered by US Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller’s comments suggesting a potential pause in rate hikes, which eased macro fears.

Supporting the buying interest, Binance will distribute dividends for Western Digital (WDC) and NVIDIA (NVDA) to users holding WDCB and NVDAB balances through bStocks.

After deducting applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other expenses, the net cash dividend amount will be reinvested into additional units or fractional shares of the same underlying securities.

Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of WDCB and NVDAB stock tokens. Users holding WDCB and NVDAB balances on-chain will receive bStocks dividends via a multiple adjustment mechanism.

Concurrently, NVDAB was listed as a top trending tokenized stock pair on PancakeSwap v2, indicating heightened DeFi trading activity. NVDAB benefited from a general risk-on shift in crypto and increased on-chain visibility.

The immediate path is tied to macro data. The August U.S. jobs report on September 4 is the next key event. Strong data could revive Fed hike fears, pressuring risk assets like crypto.

For NVDAB, holding the $230 level is crucial for maintaining short-term momentum toward $235. A break below $230 could see a retest of the $225 support zone.

NVDAB’s gain reflects both a positive fundamental update for NVIDIA and a favourable macro backdrop for crypto. NVIDIA Tokenised Stock Gains 4% on Q2 Earnings Momentum
