Binance Coin Climbs 5.5% as BNB Trading Volume Spikes

Binance Coin (BNB) price climbed by 5.48% to $651.04 on Thursday, closely tracking a broad crypto market rally, driven primarily by a surge in overall market sentiment and capital inflows.

With $2.5 billion in transaction volume over the last 24 hours, Binance Coin has seen a significant increase in trading volume, up 60% due to buying activity.

BNB’s move closely mirrored Bitcoin’s +5.93% gain and the total crypto market’s 5.75% expansion. The primary driver was a macro shift in sentiment, with the Fear & Greed Index jumping from Neutral (55) to Greed (63) in 24 hours, indicating renewed risk appetite across the asset class.

BNB acted as a high-beta play, amplifying the positive momentum of the overall crypto market rather than moving on its own catalyst. The continuation of coin price movement depends on Bitcoin holding above $72,000; a reversal there could pressure all correlated assets.

Secondary support came from BNB Chain utility. The network processed $1.25 billion in DEX volume in 24 hours amid a meme coin frenzy, showcasing active use.

Technically, BNB broke above its 7-day SMA ($608.91) and the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement level ($616.87) on a 70.6% surge in volume, confirming the move.

The price action is validated by both on-chain activity and strong buying pressure, reducing the risk of a false breakout.

The immediate path hinges on holding the $616–$625 support confluence. If buyers defend this zone, the next logical targets are the Fibonacci extensions at $684 and then $714.

The key risk is a broader market pullback; if BNB loses the $600 psychological and technical support, the bullish structure would break, risking a retest of the 38.2% Fib level near $605.

The bias is cautiously bullish amid the ongoing market uptrend, but highly conditional. A daily close below $600 to signal a potential trend reversal.

BNB’s rise is primarily driven by a strong crypto market rally, amplified by its own ecosystem activity and confirmed by technicals. Binance Coin Price Rises as SilentSwap Launches on BNB Chain
