Nvidia Tokenised Stock Price Drops 4.6% Amid Crypto, Equity Selloffs

NVIDIA Tokenised Stock (Robinhood) price declined 4.60% to $218.06 on Thursday, underperforming the broader market, which was falling, amid a macro-driven sell-off across both crypto and traditional equities.

The token moved in lockstep with a down crypto market (-3.5%) and correlated traditional indices, indicating a macro-driven risk-off move.

The cryptocurrency market experienced a broad pullback, with Bitcoin trading at $81,060, down 3.25%, and Ethereum falling 6.01% to $2,363.  The total market capitalisation contracted by 3.54% to $2.70 trillion.

NVIDIA tokenised stock trading volume surged 29.64% to $32.3 million, confirming the bearish move was driven by conviction, not thin liquidity.

Crypto analysts said the drop aligns with a broad market retreat and semi conductor, memory chips stock rout over uncertainties about AI spending expectation.

The tokenized stock showed a strong 24h correlation of 0.97 with the S&P 500 ETF, which fell 1.35%, indicating a shared macro-driven sell-off rather than a coin-specific catalyst.

The token is acting as a beta play on traditional market sentiment and crypto risk appetite, not on NVIDIA-specific news.

The decline was accompanied by a significant 29.64% increase in 24h trading volume to $32.33 million. This high-volume sell-off suggests the move was driven by concerted selling pressure rather than a lack of liquidity.

The bearish momentum was confirmed by participant conviction, increasing the likelihood of continued near-term pressure.

The immediate trend is bearish, hinging on broader market stability. The key trigger is Bitcoin’s price action, which drives overall crypto sentiment. The nearest support for NVDA is the $215 level, with a more significant zone near $210.

The token’s path is tied to macro flows. A recovery in traditional equities and crypto could provide relief, but continued weakness would likely extend the decline. A break and close below the $215 support, which could trigger further technical selling toward $210.

The token’s drop is a symptom of wider risk aversion, amplified by high-volume selling. Its fate is linked to the direction of its underlying markets. Memory Chip Stocks Selloffs Drag Wall Street, European Markets Mixed
