I’ll Lead Tinubu’s 2027 Campaign In FCT, Rivers – Wike
Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has announced plans to lead President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election campaign in the FCT and Rivers State.
Wike disclosed this on Friday, September 26, 2026, in Chikuku, Abuja, after inspecting the ongoing Phase Two works on the Kuje-Gwagwalada road dualisation project.
The minister said he will soon inaugurate campaign teams for Tinubu in Abuja and Rivers, which he will personally lead.
According to Wike, supporters of the President from different political platforms have already put their political machinery in place for the campaign.
Wike said: “Very soon, I will inaugurate the campaign team for Tinubu in the FCT and Rivers, which I will lead.”
